Advising start-ups and big companies, contributing to global policy, partnering with foundations and non-profits to catalyze change and teaching make up most of my days. And I sneak in mentoring people and leaders domestically and globally who are attempting things that take my breath away.

Some of these include start-ups who are incubating or have launched breakthrough ideas in  equity financing for small and entrepreneurial businesses, food and retail healthcare. And ChatAds is one of the young companies carving a new opportunity in contextual ads in the texting space.

In addition, I am a guest curator for the Skoll World Forum on Social Entrepreneurship, partnering with the World Bank Group's private sector division (IFC) and businesses around the world to launch a Clinton Global Initiative commitment to improve women's employment. Also serving as an External Advisor for Global Innovation Countdown on Health and as Vice Chairman, Baltimore Leadership School for Young Women .

Always on the hunt for game-changers that will create a freer, more prosperous world driven by the private sector, enabled by the government and stregnthened by civil society.
